Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made through Ola & Oli are final and there are no returns/refunds EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only. Items return must be an unaltered and unworn condition. Return of items must be made within 7 days (insert your receipt together). Exchange of size, design and colour is not acceptable. Unfortunately, we could not take responsibility for the shipping costs incurred to return exchange items to us through mail. 

Sales Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
